Test and Tune at the Altona Airport, Sunday, July 21, 2024
It’s a big job, getting glue on the track, and we’ll do it again for the only Test and
Tune of 2024. We ask that you pre-register.
Street tires are allowed, and don’t have to pay the $50 glue fee, but if you are
running slicks, that is what we’ve charged in the past to cover our costs. Your
Associate Membership is an additional $30 AND YOU MUST BE A PAID UP
MEMBER TO RACE. If you are an existing paid up member, you don’t have to pay
twice. All membership fees are based on the calendar year.
The Airport opens at noon, not before, and we expect to be racing by 1:00 PM.
Members and their immediate families are allowed, but this is not open for the
general public. If you bring a friend to watch, they must buy an Associate
Membership for $30, and members of your pit crew must also have a
membership. YOU MUST PRE-REGISTER so we know how many are coming by
emailing [email protected]
As soon as you arrive, you must register outside the Club House, have everyone in your
group sign a waiver, and then you will be shown where to park. We have
washroom facilities only in the Clubhouse, and no other services are available.
Bring your lawn chairs to sit on.
The usual no alcohol or drugs rule applies. See you there.
